This website is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, social media plugins or externally hosted fonts and scripts.

Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identification). These logs are used only to operate and secure the website, and are kept no longer than necessary for that purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contacting us by email

If you email us, we use your address and the content of your message only to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to a business relationship, to carry it out (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not share it with third parties for marketing and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@mayday.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
